Year 4 Netball Competition
On Tuesday 24 March, our Year 4 children took part in a netball competition at Thetford Academy alongside several local schools.
The morning began with a round-robin of skill-based activities, led by the fantastic Thetford Academy sports leaders. The children worked on their passing, movement and teamwork, showing great enthusiasm and focus.
After the skills session, the teams moved into a knockout netball competition against the other schools. Redcastle showed great skill, determination and agility throughout, winning all of their matches and going on to win the overall competition.
A special well done to our Year 4 team for giving up their lunchtimes to take part in extra practice sessions. That dedication and commitment really paid off.
